Now me and my mates have seen these live loads over the years.. In Arenas & Festivals and they really are fire.. We will be sharing many more tracks from the Welsh outfit throughout this collection don't worry.. I still remember the debut album Word Gets Around like it was yesterday.. It came out in 97 and just blew us all away.. Some excellent tunes on there.. This was followed a year or so later by Performance & Cocktails. Another great album.. Indie Rock & Roll was thriving at this moment in time.. Real bands with top quality lead singers.. Kelly Jones fits right into that bracket..

The Stereophonics are now 12 albums plus deep and are right up there with the top bands.. They don't get the credit they deserve I feel as there were so many great bands at that time.. We'll be getting into them too very soon.. Yet as a live act which is our go to taste test if you like.. They are phenomenal and the good news is they are very much still going.. With their latest album Oochya! hitting numero uno in the UK album charts.. Enjoy..
