THE BLACK ANGELS // Entrance Song

The Black Angels tied in well with everything we were doing in the UK and the bands we were working with not only here but globally too..

They played shows and worked closely with many of these bands. The Black Hollies, Golden Animals, Night Beats & The Black Ryder to name a few.. What they have done for music is really cool.. Not only as a band. Because their music is excellent. Had they been around in the 60's people would be talking about them for time.. Yet they remain slightly underground which I'm sure they quite like..

They started hosting their own festival Austin Psych Fest around this time and it has gone on to be a huge success. With similar projects opening up across Europe too in connection. I was lucky enough to interview the band after a gig in Manchester and got to know them really well..

Entrance Song is off the album Phosphene Dream which they were touring at the time and is fine example of their work..You may have heard this or many of their other tracks as they feature heavily on movies and TV shows.. I say this about all our bands that you should own their records. Well you should definitely own theirs..
